Cancellation Policy
⭐ Brannerton Farms Party Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to host a Brannerton Farms Party! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and your guests, please review the policies below before booking. 📍 Service Area Brannerton Farms Parties are currently available within 30 miles of Harrisonburg, Virginia, including the greater Harrisonburg–Rockingham area and select surrounding locations. All party bookings require host address approval. If your location falls outside of our service area, your booking may be declined, and you will be notified. 🗓 Booking & Confirmation All parties require manual approval by Brannerton Farms. You will receive a confirmation message once your party date and location have been reviewed and approved. If additional details are needed, we will contact you before confirming. Parties are not considered scheduled until officially approved. 🕒 Party Length Brannerton Farms Parties typically last 1.5–2 hours, depending on group size and shopping activity. 🎁 Host Rewards Attendance Credit (Always Earned) $25 Brannerton Credit is awarded when 10 guests attend. During Black Friday Weekend, the attendance reward increases to $50. Guests do not need to make a purchase — their presence counts. Sales-Based Rewards Hosts can earn additional credit based on total party sales: 10% back on $150+ in party sales 15% back on $200+ in party sales 20% back on $300+ in party sales Host credits are calculated and issued at the end of the party. 👥 Guest Attendance A minimum of 10 guests must attend in order to receive the attendance-based host credit. Hosts are encouraged to invite extra guests to account for no-shows. 💳 Issuing Host Credits All earned credits (attendance and sales-based) are: Issued at the end of the party Delivered digitally or as a physical card Redeemable on Brannerton Farms products Valid for 90 days after the party date Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance We will work with you to find a new date No-show parties may be restricted from rebooking in the future Brannerton Farms reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. 🛒 Product Availability Inventory may vary based on season and availability. Special requests can be discussed during booking approval.
