Shipping Policy

At Brannerton Farms, we’re proud to bring you a carefully chosen mix of handcrafted and curated goods for pets, home, and heart. Whether you're shopping our hand-sewn pet accessories, small-batch wax melts, or one of our specially selected curated items, we handle every order with care — from our hands to your home.

🕒 Processing Times

  • Handmade Items: All of our in-house products, including wax melts and pet accessories, are made or poured in small batches. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing prior to shipping.

  • Chosen with Love: Curated Collection: These items are shipped directly from the maker, and processing times may vary. Estimated times are listed on each product page.

If your order includes both handmade and curated items, they will ship separately.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including USPS and UPS, using real-time rate calculations based on order weight, size, and shipping destination.

All orders include tracking, which will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is rate-based by weight and destination, calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

  • Shipping for Chosen with Love: Curated Collection items is always included in the item price — no surprises at checkout.

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including:

  • Hawaii & Alaska

  • Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

📬 Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

If your order includes curated items, you may receive multiple tracking emails as items ship directly from our partners.

🎄 Holiday & Seasonal Delays

During peak seasons (such as holidays), weather events, or carrier disruptions, shipments may experience delays outside of our control. We recommend ordering early and contacting us with any concerns — we’re always here to help.

🚫 Missing or Delayed Orders

If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived:

  1. Check the shipping address on your order.

  2. Look around entrances, porches, mailboxes, or ask neighbors.

  3. Contact the carrier for further details.

Still having trouble? Reach out to us at info@brannerton.com, and we’ll do everything we can to assist. While Brannerton Farms is not responsible for packages once they leave our hands, we always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Brannerton Farms, we put thought and heart into every item we offer — whether it’s handmade in our workshop or handpicked from a trusted partner for our curated collection. While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected.

We’re here to help — kindly review our return and exchange policy below.

🧵 Handmade Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer automatic refunds or exchanges. However, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us directly — we’ll review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@brannerton.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo, if applicable

We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

🎁 Curated Items (Chosen with Love Collection)

Items from our Chosen with Love: Curated Collection are shipped directly from our partners and may be subject to different return policies.

  • Each curated product page includes specific return/exchange instructions provided by the maker.

  • Please follow the instructions listed on the individual product page.

If you need help or aren’t sure who to contact, we’re happy to assist — just email us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

❗ Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Used wax melts or opened fragrance items

  • Worn or washed pet accessories

📦 Return Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without proof of delivery.
